I am an applied, quantitative ecologist studying how cumulative pressures, from fire and invasive predators to land use change and business activity, drive biodiversity loss, and developing the data-driven tools needed to predict and manage them in a time of global change.

I am a Lecturer in Quantitative Ecology & Biodiversity Conservation at The University of Melbourne, based in the School of Agriculture, Food and Ecosystem Sciences and the Quantitative and Applied Ecology Group, and I am associated with the Melbourne Biodiversity Institute. I coordinate 3rd year Applied Ecology and co-coordinate the Masters subject Global Environmental Change.

Before joining UniMelb, I completed my PhD at Deakin University (2023) and spent almost a decade in ecological policy and research with the Victorian Government, which shapes my focus on applied ecological research.
